Contract Duration: May 19th, 2025 – August 15th, 2025
Hourly Wage: Class 5 starting at $21,71/hour
Hours: Minimum availability of 30 hours per week, 1:30 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
Position Summary
Native Montreal is looking for a Membership and Service Liaison agent to assist with two core tasks: re-registering members and vetting service providers. This short-term position involves engaging with members to ensure compliance with new membership status requirements and collaborating with service providers to expand and refine the organization’s referral network.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Re-registration:
Call members to facilitate their re-registration as per the script.
Service Provider Vetting:
Contact service providers to assess their suitability for referrals.
Determine whether providers accept non-insured benefits and document findings for the organization’s database and service access map.
Required Skills and Qualities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage members and service providers effectively.
Attention to detail for accurate and thorough data entry.
Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and tact.
Bilingualism (French and English)
